Description

“This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.”

The landscape of learning design is shifting beneath our feet. As an Instructional Designer or L&D professional, you are likely facing a “content explosion”—the demand for high-quality, personalised learning is skyrocketing, but your timelines and budgets remain the same. The manual grind of storyboarding, scripting, and assessment building is no longer sustainable.

Master AI-Driven Instructional Design to Future-Proof Your Career

This course is not just about “using ChatGPT.” It is a comprehensive blueprint for the modern Learning Designer. We bridge the gap between foundational AI theory and the practical, high-speed “acceleration” required to thrive in today’s corporate and academic environments.

The Problem: Most designers are overwhelmed by the sheer volume of AI tools available. They spend hours “tinkering” with prompts without getting consistent, usable results. Meanwhile, the industry is moving toward AI-integrated workflows, and those who don’t adapt risk becoming obsolete.

The Solution: This course provides a structured framework to turn AI into your most powerful design partner. You will move from the “manual era” of design into the “accelerated era,” where your creativity is amplified by machine intelligence.

What makes this course different?

Unlike generic AI courses, every lesson here is viewed through the lens of Learning Science. We don’t just generate text; we generate pedagogically sound content. We don’t just create images; we create instructionally relevant visuals.

In this course, you will explore:

• The AI Foundations: Understanding LLMs, Diffusion models, and the “Black Box” of AI, specifically for education.

• The Prompt Engineering Masterclass: Moving beyond simple questions to multi-shot prompting and “Chain of Thought” techniques for complex ID tasks.

• Workflow Acceleration: How to use AI to slash time spent on the ADDIE process—from rapid analysis to automated evaluation.

• The Multimedia Revolution: Using AI for professional-grade voiceovers, video avatars, and graphic design without the high cost of external agencies.

• Ethics & Integrity: Navigating the “grey areas” of AI, including copyright, data privacy, and the critical role of the “Human-in-the-Loop.”

Your Transformation:

Imagine walking into your next stakeholder meeting with a fully developed course prototype, complete with scripts, objectives, and assessments, in a fraction of the time it used to take. Picture yourself spending less time on repetitive formatting and more time on high-level strategy and creative innovation.

By the end of this course, you won’t just be “using AI”—you will be leading the AI transition in your organisation.

Enrol today and bridge the gap between traditional design and the future of learning.

Try the entire course risk-free for 30 days. If you don’t feel confident in your new AI-accelerated skills, Udemy offers a full, no-questions-asked refund.
