This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.
What if turning 50 applicants into a ranked shortlist of 5 candidates took you 10 minutes instead of 3 days?
Right now, most of your week disappears into work a computer should be doing for you: screening resumes one by one, copy-pasting the same onboarding checklist into a new email, pulling numbers from four different systems just to build one HR report. Every month you delay automating this, you lose dozens of hours that never come back, and the recruiters and HR teams who already work this way keep pulling further ahead.
This course changes how you work with AI. Instead of typing prompts into ChatGPT and manually copying the output, you build six AI agents that execute entire workflows on their own: sourcing candidates, screening resumes, assembling onboarding packages, building HR dashboards, running scheduled reports, and orchestrating all of it together. No code. Just natural language instructions that turn ChatGPT Codex into a working member of your HR team, reclaiming 8 or more hours a week from routine tasks.
Why learn this from me: over 1.6 million course enrollments and 150,000+ HR professionals trained across 185 countries. I'm the top-rated HR instructor on Udemy, hold PHRi and SHRM-CP certifications, and represent HRCI in more than 10 countries. I built the HR system behind the unicorn Preply and worked with Wargaming, iDeals and Alfa-Bank. This is the first Codex Desktop course built specifically for HR, and it comes from someone who runs these agents in a real HR department, not a lab.
How the journey is built: you start by deploying your first Codex agent and turning ten resumes into a structured evaluation table. From there, you automate sourcing and screening, then document-heavy onboarding across your ATS, Word and email. Next you assemble HR analytics dashboards pulling data from Google Drive, Sheets and SharePoint, and set up automations that run themselves on a schedule. In the final module, you orchestrate all six agents into one continuous workflow, from vacancy posting through onboarding and reporting, and leave with a 90-day roadmap to defend in front of your leadership team.
