Description
This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.
233 tools for emotional intelligence at work in one course: 140 ready-to-use question lists, scripts, templates, procedures, checklists and self-assessments, 81 models and methods, and 12 services and apps shown on screen.
Open a lecture, take the tool, use it in your next conversation.
Why smart managers lose their teams
A manager knows the work better than anyone and still loses people. Feedback sounds like an attack. A tense meeting ends in silence. A strong employee leaves and says it was about the salary. Emotional intelligence is not about being soft. It is a set of skills: noticing what you feel before you speak, hearing what the other person does not say, choosing words that keep the relationship and still deliver the message.
What changes after this course
You notice your own reaction and have a way to pause it. You listen so that people tell you more. You give feedback people can accept and act on. You coach instead of giving answers. You recognize people in a way they value. And you step into a conflict early, with a method, before it becomes a resignation.

Who is teaching
I am Mike, the #1 HR instructor on Udemy, with 1,800,000+ course enrollments from 170,000 students, and the author of about 200 books on Amazon. I built the people system at Preply as it became a unicorn and worked at Wargaming, iDeals and Alfa-Bank across 20 years in HR. I hold PHRi, SHRM-CP and HCI sHRBP certifications and represent HRCI in Eastern Europe.
I am probably a good example myself: emotional intelligence was not my strong side in childhood or in my youth. It came through practice, because I worked as a recruiter and then in HR. It does not grow from a book that lists its components. It grows through exercises, metaphors and real conversations. I also saw what it gives. In a television company of about 2,500 people we had about 20 producers, and each of them had to win resources inside the company: journalists, recruiters, equipment. The producers who were best at building relationships got more resources in every department.
