Exit Interview Analysis: Survey and Turnover Metrics [EN]

This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.

People leave your company, and you still don’t know the real reasons why. Every employee who resigns costs the company between 50–200% of their annual salary. In most companies, the exit interview is just a formality: a few questions on the last day, answers stored away, no analysis. Meanwhile, leadership asks why turnover is increasing, and you have nothing to show except numbers. Sounds familiar?

This Playbook is different. It is not another course about offboarding theory or generic retention discussions. It is a 3-session program after which you will have a structured questionnaire, a complete interview script, and an analytics system that turns employee feedback into concrete business actions.

What’s inside:

Exit Interview Process Maturity Checklist — assess your current process across 15 criteria using a scoring system completed in just 10 minutes.

A 38-question Exit Interview survey — structured into 8 categories: role, management, development, culture, compensation, working conditions, onboarding, and overall experience. Every question includes an explanation of why it matters.

A complete Exit Interview script — word-for-word phrases from inviting the employee to the interview through closing the conversation. Learn how to ask uncomfortable questions and receive honest answers instead of “I found another opportunity.”

An industry-specific question library — additional questions tailored for IT, retail, manufacturing, and finance. Separate versions for specialists and managers.

An Exit Interview analytics dashboard — 5 key metrics with formulas and industry benchmarks: response rate, regretted attrition, top reasons for leaving, manager score, and action completion. Includes trend visualizations.

A 3-month implementation roadmap + executive reporting template — a launch plan with stages, deadlines, responsibilities, and a ready-to-use report template with ROI justification for CEO presentations.

5 AI prompts for Claude and ChatGPT — personalize surveys, automatically analyze patterns, generate action plans, and create leadership reports.

In just 3 sessions, you will move from diagnosis to a fully operational system: identify where your process loses valuable data, create a customized survey for your company, and receive an implementation plan with metrics and ROI for leadership discussions.

The course is led by Mike Pritula — creator of the HR system behind unicorn startup Preply, with 20 years of HR experience across Wargaming, iDeals, Альфа-Банк, and PeopleForce, and 150,000+ HR professionals and managers trained across 185 countries. Not a theorist — someone who personally built employee turnover analytics systems in companies of different sizes and maturity levels.

If you are the only HR professional in your company and want to build a process from scratch — this Playbook gives you ready-to-use tools. If you need data to justify changes to the business — you will have a dashboard with real metrics. If you are building HR analytics in a large organization — you will gain a scalable system suitable for any number of departments.
