Why vacancies stay open
The job ad is posted, a few resumes come in, none of them fits, and the hiring manager asks every week where the candidates are. The best people are not looking at job sites. To reach them a recruiter needs a clear profile, search strings that find them, a first message they answer and an interview that shows who is in front of you.
What changes after this course
You take the request from the hiring manager so that the criteria are clear. You search where candidates are: LinkedIn, social networks, messengers and communities. You write outreach with AI prompts and test what works. You assess with a scorecard, not with a general impression. You bring the offer to acceptance and hand the newcomer over to onboarding.
What is inside: 413 tools, counted file by file
You do not have to take this number on trust. Open any lecture and read its description: every tool inside is listed there by name.

Who is teaching
I am Mike, the #1 HR instructor on Udemy, with 1,800,000+ course enrollments from 170,000 students, and the author of about 200 books on Amazon. I built the people system at Preply as it became a unicorn and worked at Wargaming, iDeals and Alfa-Bank across 20 years in HR. I hold PHRi, SHRM-CP and HCI sHRBP certifications and represent HRCI in Eastern Europe.
I started as a recruiter. At Alfa-Bank I went from recruiter to lead recruiter, chief recruiter and then business partner. My first recruiting in social networks was in 2007, on LinkedIn, and a couple of months later on Xing: few people around me knew these networks yet, but candidates were already there. At the STB television channel I built the recruitment and onboarding department. At Preply and iDeals I set up recruiting around sourcing, and searching for candidates on LinkedIn became our main channel for closing vacancies. The tools in this course come from that work.
