Description
Disclosure: This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.
Project management is one of the most in-demand professional skills of 2025 — and knowing how to plan, schedule, and track projects visually using Gantt charts puts you ahead of the majority of teams still working from chaotic spreadsheets and endless email threads.
This course is a practical, project-driven guide to mastering project management using ClickUp, one of the most powerful and flexible project management platforms available today. You won’t just learn theory — you’ll build real Gantt charts, manage real dependencies, and deliver complete project plans across three full hands-on projects.
You’ll start from zero: setting up your ClickUp workspace, navigating core views including List, Board, and Gantt, and structuring your environment the right way from day one. Then you’ll learn how to turn raw project ideas into structured, schedulable work — using Work Breakdown Structures, task hierarchies, time estimates, and phase-based organization.
From there, the course shifts into full project mode. You’ll build a complete Gantt chart for a Website Launch Project, manage a complex Multi-Team Corporate Event, and tackle a full end-to-end project using AI tools including Claude and ClickUp Brain to automate scheduling, task creation, dependency mapping, and more.
Along the way, you’ll master critical path analysis, resource workload balancing, milestone tracking, progress monitoring dashboards, and team collaboration features inside ClickUp.
By the end, you’ll have a reusable, professional project management system you can immediately apply to your own projects — whether you’re a freelancer, team lead, operations manager, or entrepreneur. No prior ClickUp experience needed. Just bring a project idea and a willingness to build.
